We are very proud of our reputation within the new build housing sector. We are the preferred contractor by many national house builders and other contractors aspire to reach our very high standards of quality and customer care. We work across many sites in the North of England and each year complete over 1000 new build electrical installations.

Commercial Installations

Our offer is not limited to new build domestic installations. We can also provide installations to commercial projects including offices, retail and educational establishments. Many large apartment schemes require secure entry systems, street and car park lighting.

Our security division installs a full and comprehensive intruder alarm and CCTV solution for all property types. These can be hard wired or wireless with remote monitoring and control options.

Electrical Installation Condition Reports

Maintaining an electrical installation is a regulatory requirement in many industries and sectors. We can provide a full installation condition report for domestic, commercial or industrial environments and offer advice and remedial works to ensure compliance.

 Site Compound Electrical Works and Testing

We provide initial site temporary supplies and full installation works. To maintain compliance we also offer on-going electrical condition reports to construction site offices, meeting rooms and welfare units.

Emergency Lighting Installations

In the event of mains power failure emergency lighting is a building control requirement to allow safe evacuation. We can provide a system during initial installation or as a retro-fit package.

Electrical Testing for Letting Agents

To comply with legislation properties of this type now require Electrical Safety Certification. We offer a complete and competitive service which includes Electrical Installation Conditioning Reports and all necessary corrective works.
