We are looking to appoint an Administration Assistant to join our team at our office based in Chadderton. The successful applicant will be motivated and work well within a team. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, as well as excellent time management.

Responsibilities/ Essential skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to take on new tasks with enthusiasm
  • Take incoming telephone calls and record information
  • Responding and sending emails
  • Leasing with members of staff in the office and over the phone
  • Data Entry
  • General admin duties – filling, photocopying etc
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Good attention to detail
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Keeping the office tidy and presentable
