We are looking to appoint an Administration Assistant to join our team at our office based in Chadderton. The successful applicant will be motivated and work well within a team. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, as well as excellent time management.
Responsibilities/ Essential skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to take on new tasks with enthusiasm
- Take incoming telephone calls and record information
- Responding and sending emails
- Leasing with members of staff in the office and over the phone
- Data Entry
- General admin duties – filling, photocopying etc
- Ability to think on your feet
- Good attention to detail
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to multitask
- Keeping the office tidy and presentable
