General Policy Statement
The Entwistle Foundation is a charitable, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to making a meaningful impact in our local community. Governed by an experienced Board of Trustees, our foundation is committed to identifying and supporting causes that foster personal and professional growth, especially among young adults and recent school leavers. The Trustees regularly convene to review opportunities to drive positive change within our community.
Mission
Our mission is to empower young adults and school leavers with essential skills for securing employment. Through mentoring, mock interviews, and assistance with resume and cover letter writing, we help build the confidence needed to navigate job applications and interviews. Additionally, the Foundation supports local charitable initiatives and community projects with financial assistance as determined by the Trustees.

We plan and host fundraising events to enhance our resources, allowing us to expand our support. We are also proud to offer volunteer opportunities, including paid volunteering days for Electric Blue Group employees, reinforcing our commitment to community-driven initiatives.
